- Custom Pipe Cutting: We cut pipes to size using Bomar semi-automatic saws for sizes ranging from DN20 to DN200, or using an electric plasma cutter for sizes ranging from DN200 to DN1000.
- Manufacture of Pressure Manifolds: We manufacture custom-made pressure manifolds for cooling and central heating boiler rooms.
- Powder Coating of Pipes: We powder coat pipes in RAL colors according to customer requirements. The coating thickness and surface finish (matte, glossy) are also customizable. The minimum coating thickness is 80 microns.
- Automated robotic welding and cutting line: We manufacture custom sprinkler pipes for fire protection systems based on the provided production drawings using a Daihen OTP robotic line.
